Paying for Treatment

Kind Health is an in-network provider with most major insurance plans, including HMO’s, PPOs, Medicare. If using insurance you’ll upload a copy of your insurance information prior to the first appointment.

We bill your insurance per visit, and you’re responsible for paying any co-pays, coinsurance, or deductibles. The amount owed will depend on the specifics of your insurance plan. Payments for your portion are made before each visit, and we accept all major debit and credit cards.

Kind also offers cost-effective private-pay options for those without insurance.

Cancellation Policy

When you schedule a session, that time is reserved just for you. If you miss more than half of your scheduled session, we’ll need to reschedule, and your payment method on file will be charged the full session fee. Also, in order to avoid a missed-session charge, please provide us with 24 hours notice if you will not be able to make your appointment.
