Kimberly Brown serves as an Administrative Coordinator at Kind Health while bringing a distinctive combination of legal expertise and therapeutic training to her administrative role. Her educational journey reflects a commitment to serving others through multiple disciplines, beginning with her Bachelor of Science in Criminology from Florida State University, followed by a Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law, and culminating in a Master’s Degree in Family and Marriage Counseling from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. This unique blend of legal and counseling backgrounds provides her with exceptional analytical skills and a deep understanding of complex administrative processes and client needs.

Kimberly’s professional experience spans over two decades in roles focused on advocacy, support, and direct service to individuals and families during challenging times. Her legal career included serving as an Assistant State Attorney in Florida, where she developed strong skills in case management, detailed documentation, and working with individuals in crisis situations. Her transition into counseling and social services demonstrates her commitment to helping others, with significant experience at organizations like Mercy Multiplied, where she served as Director of Counseling, and Bethany Christian Services, where she coordinated family support services.
Kimberly’s approach to administrative coordination is informed by her diverse professional experiences, from her legal background that taught her to manage complex cases and maintain meticulous documentation, to her counseling training that emphasizes the importance of creating supportive environments for healing. Through her work, she ensures that the operational aspects of the practice run smoothly while maintaining the warm, supportive environment that Kind Health is known for. Kimberly’s goal is to create seamless administrative processes that allow providers to focus on what they do best – providing exceptional mental health care to their clients.
