She earned her Bachelor of Science in Interpersonal Communication Studies and Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, providing her with a strong foundation in understanding human behavior and effective communication strategies that directly benefit her work in healthcare administration.

Lindsay’s professional journey has been marked by roles that center on helping others and creating positive experiences during challenging times. Her previous experience as a Transitional Care Manager at Mercy Multiplied involved providing ongoing support, resources, and encouragement to graduates of residential programs, while her time at Ramsey Solutions as a Coach and Client Relationship Manager developed her skills in building rapport and communicating effectively with diverse personality types. These experiences have equipped her with unique insights into the importance of administrative support during vulnerable periods in people’s lives.
Lindsay’s philosophy centers on the belief that administrative interactions are an integral part of the healing process, and she works diligently to ensure that every administrative touchpoint reinforces Kind Health’s commitment to being truly kind in every interaction, making patients feel genuinely supported throughout their healthcare journey.
